We’re looking for caring, committed individuals to walk alongside neighbors through one-on-one mentorship. Mentors invest consistent time to build trust, offer encouragement, and support neighbors’ growth over weeks and months. This role allows you to make a lasting difference by walking alongside someone in their journey and building a deeper fellowship within our Porch community.
Share Knowledge and Inspire Growth!
We’re looking for volunteers to teach a class on Fridays for a 6–8 week commitment. You’ll need to have a curriculum or past teaching experience, but we’ll provide or print your materials.
This is a powerful opportunity to guide Neighbors in a learning environment and help foster deeper community connections.
The Prep Team is such a vital part of what makes everything at the Porch possible. Every Thursday from 8:00–11:00 AM, this team helps prepare inventory, organize spaces, and set the tone for a smooth and welcoming Open Hours experience. It’s hands-on, behind-the-scenes work that truly makes a difference for every person who walks through the doors. If you love creating order, setting others up for success, and being part of something meaningful, this is a really special place to serve.
